About Me!
Hi! My name is Felice, and I am a student with a strong interest in neuropsychology and mental health. I have always been curious about how the brain works and how it influences the way we think, feel, and behave. Learning about the connection between the brain and mental well-being has helped me better understand myself and the people around me.
I created NeuroNotes as part of my Passion Project to explore fascinating topics related to brain science in a way that is simple, engaging, and relatable for teens. Neuropsychology can sometimes seem complex, but I believe everyone should be able to understand the basics of how their mind works. Through this blog, I aim to break down scientific ideas into clear explanations and real-life examples so that young people so as me, can learn more without having to go and do a lot of research.
Mental health is especially important for teenagers, who face academic pressure, social challenges, and personal growth every day. By learning more about topics like anxiety, depression, and behavior, I hope to encourage teens to develop healthier coping strategies and to better support their own well-being. I hope this blog encourages open conversations about mental health and helps reduce the stigma around discussing it.
Through NeuroNotes, I write blogs related to brain facts and mental health for teenagers like me. My goal is not only to inform but also to inspire curiosity about neuroscience and psychology. In the future, I hope to continue studying in this area and possibly pursue a career in a field related to psychology or neuroscience.
